3 Layer Personalised Wooden Bauble.
This bauble is perfect for that family that want something a little different….. why is it different ? because its 3 layers so not just laser cut but a window into the festive period with your family name at the centre.
Made from laser cut hi-grade acrylic, Sandwiched between 2 layers of 3 mm birch ply and personalised with the name of your choice and the ribbon colour (red or green) and leave the rest to us.
The Boring Bits
Size : 9.5 cm x 9.5 cm
Size Depth (overall) : 6 mm
Material : Clear Acrylic (Note we use high grade “perspex” brand and not the cheaper “value” brand) and Birch Ply
Finish : This product is Laser Cut lightly sanded and then given a coat of hand applied water based satin varnish.
Fixings : Comes with Ribbon colour of your choice
Turnaround : 3 working days until dispatch (though often sooner)
Returns / Refunds : There are no returns/refunds offered for personalised items, they are custom made to order, and not able to be changed or cancelled once the order is started. If the item is damaged when delivered then the order will be replaced as originally ordered so please open and check your order as soon as received to check for any damage that may have been sustained during the delivery process and notify us within 24 hours of delivery, providing your name, order number, along with a description of the damage with photographs of the item within the original packaging.

OUR SHIPPING
This item has an approx. 3 day turn over with 4 day shipping, Although often this is drastically reduced. You are able to expedite this standard service through the product options at which point it will be moved up the queue and send priority post.
Please fully check your options and personalisation prior to ordering as once your item has been made it is not returnable or refundable. We know this is difficult sometimes and as long as we haven't made it yet we are still able to cancel, however once the process has started then it will be shipped. Please contact us if you have had a change of heart after you have placed an order within 8 hours.
Should an item be sent faulty or incorrect we would endeavour to replace the item ASAP (cost free, however a change of design after production is not covered). Please note this does not cover heavy handling, i.e if you choose an unpainted item then please be aware that some fonts are very fragile and require sensitive handling giving support to the areas you are working on. Holding a name at the end while dabbing with a brush is not the correct way and is not covered under "faulty" or " not fit for purpose". For further information please see our returns policy.
