This item has an approx. 3 day turn over with 4 day shipping, Although often this is drastically reduced.  You are able to expedite this standard service through the product options at which point it will be moved up the queue and send priority post.

Please fully check your options and personalisation prior to ordering as once your item has been made it is not returnable or refundable. We know this is difficult sometimes and as long as we haven't made it yet we are still able to cancel, however once the process has started then it will be shipped. Please contact us if you have had a change of heart after you have placed an order within 8 hours.

Should an item be sent faulty or incorrect we would endeavour to replace the item ASAP (cost free, however a change of design after production is not covered).  Please note this does not cover heavy handling,  i.e if you choose an unpainted item then please be aware that some fonts are very fragile and require sensitive handling giving support to the areas you are working on.  Holding a name at the end while dabbing with a brush is not the correct way and is not covered under "faulty" or " not fit for purpose".
