A Personalised wooden name sign, 3mm laser cut With the name of your choice, just let us know how you want it and leave the rest to us. Please note this product is not painted as standard and comes in its natural finish so can be painted by you with a colour of your choice or choose a colour, size and thickness in the product options. Size Width : 5CM, 10cm, 15cm, 20cm, 25cm, 30cm (Please note larger sizes may require a join (i.e 30cm maximum 4 letters before a join, please contact us for suitability)

Material : MDF
Standard Finish : Either Painted or Unpainted with no additional charge (face coloured with rear and edges being natural or laser cut finish.)
Fixings : None. We recommend double sided tape, Command Strips or 3M Tape
Turnaround : 3 working days until dispatch (though often sooner)
Please note , The Name will be supplied in standard name format where the Initial is capitalised and as name height can vary , the length will be proportionate based on the amount of characters . Please enter the name EXACTLY how you would like it spelled as custom items can not be refunded. If you would like larger please contact us.
Returns / Refunds : There are no returns/refunds offered for personalised items, they are custom made to order, and not able to be changed or cancelled once the order is started. If the item is damaged when delivered then the order will be replaced as originally ordered so please open and check your order as soon as received to check for any damage that may have been sustained during the delivery process and notify us within 24 hours of delivery, providing your name, order number, along with a description of the damage with photographs of the item within the original packaging.

Shipping & Delivery
OUR SHIPPING
This item has an approx. 3 day turn over with 4 day shipping, Although often this is drastically reduced. You are able to expedite this standard service through the product options at which point it will be moved up the queue and send priority post.
Please fully check your options and personalisation prior to ordering as once your item has been made it is not returnable or refundable. We know this is difficult sometimes and as long as we haven't made it yet we are still able to cancel, however once the process has started then it will be shipped. Please contact us if you have had a change of heart after you have placed an order within 8 hours.
Should an item be sent faulty or incorrect we would endeavour to replace the item ASAP (cost free, however a change of design after production is not covered). Please note this does not cover heavy handling, i.e if you choose an unpainted item then please be aware that some fonts are very fragile and require sensitive handling giving support to the areas you are working on. Holding a name at the end while dabbing with a brush is not the correct way and is not covered under "faulty" or " not fit for purpose". For further information please see our returns policy.
