Please note , The engraving will be supplied in standard name format where the Initial is capitalised and as name height can vary , the length will be proportionate based on the amount of characters and size chosen . Please enter the name EXACTLY how you would like it spelled as custom items can not be refunded. If you would like a size thats not standard pleae get in touch.
Returns / Refunds : There are no returns/refunds offered for personalised items, they are custom made to order, and not able to be changed or cancelled once the order is started. If the item is damaged when delivered then the order will be replaced as originally ordered so please open and check your order as soon as received to check for any damage that may have been sustained during the delivery process and notify us within 24 hours of delivery, providing your name, order number, along with a description of the damage with photographs of the item within the original packaging.
