How do we do this?
If you ask us for something bespoke that really isn’t going to work we would communicate with you as to why, of course we could just blindly make it for you , take your money then its your problem … right ?, not for us we want you to be happy and your item to be what you want , right from start to finish. If we give an example of this the steps we follow are.
- You place an order ( you will receive automatic confirmation via email of receipt)
- We check the order and if any details are missing, we will contact you
- If its bespoke we will have a complete discussion about design and required result, including design briefs and pictures
- Once the work is completed we will contact you with a picture of your finished product prior to sending along with any tracking info.
- Every item is essentially gift wrapped, we don’t throw in lots of junk so when you open your package its like a piñata, its wrapped in grey tissue paper or a cellophane sleeve (depending on the item) and sent you with your invoice and a discount card. We appreciate many like that personal touch of additional starts and glitter, but its down to you we prefer to be ecological down to re-cycling as much as possible

We do tend to operate at strange hours, our day starts first thing and have been know to still be working at 2am , so we will always try to reply to your queries in a fast timely manner. If however you want something rushed out next day and its late we also reserve the right to add an additional charge for this service. This is normally minimal but is essential, We appreciate that something urgent is important we wouldn’t ignore your needs at 11pm because unlike many others we operate 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
